REFERRING PARTNERS – Mutally-Agreed & Simple Referral Introductions

  • Our referring partners earn a 5% referral fee after they make an introduction to Paul Kostial, after conferring first to confirm details and register the introduction. Paul or another senior sales rep closes the deal and referring partner is paid 5% in one installment after funds received.
  • Once agreed, contact name, company, title, email and mailing address are required prior to initiating the introduction. It’s simple and, for most, very easy to network simple transactions with little heavy-lifting or knowledge required. Email addresses required to lock contacts.

CLOSING PARTNERS – Relationship & Closing Deals, with Our Help & Guidance

  • Once agreed that a referring partner would like to close some or all future deals, the closing partner then earns an additional 5% based on selling and signing the transaction.
  • The closing partner may include Paul or other senior sales team in their client dialogue (until comfortable) and, full amount is paid to sales partner upon payment received.

RENEWAL PARTNERS – Maintains the Buyer Relationship & Secures the Renewal

  • And if a closing partner stays with the client/agency (and our activation manager) throughout the activation term and, is aware of all aspects of the campaign and, engaged in managing each contract renewal, the subsequent year’s campaign is paid an additional 5% for renewal, thus giving a renewing partner 15% for each campaign, after year one.

NO SALES REPORTING REQUIRED

  • Other than normal day-to-day needs, there’s no phone calls, training calls, scheduled events or any other ‘reporting’ required to maintain good standing with the company.
  • It’s the rep’s responsibility to keep the home office aware of any and all target assigned accounts and contacts and, if that’s not handled, it’s the rep’s responsibility in the event another has then assumed ownership of any particular target or contact.
  • Contacts are assigned by name, not by entire company so, if you want an entire company, you MUST provide all names of those in decision-making capacity, as required.

ALL ASSETS EASY ONLINE ACCESS

  • All company assets including MEDIA KIT and RATE CARD and easily available 24/7 for immediate access and, require zero back-and-forth with the home office to coordinate.
  • In the case of custom quotes, those will be handled with the home office and, given plenty of notice, the home office will sufficiently provide details.

Agreement for Guidelines for Cover Wraps
– Marketing, Sales, Paperwork & Other Details

YOU PROVIDE LIST of AGREED TARGETS to LOCK EXCLUSIVITY

  • The sales partner provides a list of contacts requesting assignment for the contact to be locked exclusively to that sales partner. This includes name, title, company, email and mailing address.
  • The company will code the contact as such in our CRM system and, will ensure that any outbound emails are turned off while the contact is assigned.
  • The home office supports the sales rep with Adroll advertising banners and, in some cases, our own cover wrap marketing plan, to assist the sales partner with their transaction.
  • If the contact reaches out to the company directly, he/she having been assigned to the sales partner in our CRM system, will then be referred back to the sales partner for follow-up, for each succeeding year of agreed assignment. It’s an easy system.

ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT for EACH ASSIGNED CONTACT

  • Each contact is handled as noted in the CRM and, with all support materials and, otherwise, each contact is assigned to the sales partner for a period of one year, until extended annually.
  • All efforts will be made to keep commitments simple and easy and, it’s the sale’s partners responsibility to keep the home office updated for all contacts assigned, to update their info.

STAY IN TOUCH with OUR ACTIVATION DIRECTOR for ACTIVE ACCOUNTS

  • If a closing partner or a renewal partner, it’s the sales partner’s responsibility to maintain ongoing contact with the Activation Director regarding campaign steps on an ongoing basis.
  • If a sales partner is not in regular communication with the Activation Director, the sales partner risks losing the account assigned in perpetuity, without recourse.
  • This is a critical step and, it’s mandatory that the sales partner maintains an active engagement, even though the home office is ‘activating’ the campaign.

YOU ARE ENGAGED for Both AUDIENCE INNOVATION & BLAZON:CONNECT

  • Engage sales reps are fully equipped to sell under both company brands, both Audience Innovation and Blazon:Connect and, fortified for sales, assets and commissions under both.
  • Audience Innovation is designed for companies large and small, and ad agencies.
  • Blazon:Connect is designed for the smaller businesses and independent professionals, many of which we’re friends with this network of individuals.
  • Simple stuff – easy money and, there’s millions of target prospects to engage.

BILATERAL NON-DISCLOSURE & NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

  • This agreement automatically includes a bilateral non-disclosure and non-compete agreement. Meaning that neither party shall disclose confidential information to outside parties and, the sales partner will not engage cover wrap sales for any other entity for 12 months past end date.
  • This is essential to protect both parties and, to fortify the long-term health, investment and growth opportunities. Any legal dispute shall be handled under the laws of the State of Texas and, both parties agree to mutual mandatory mediation and/or arbitration, if needed.

MAGAZINE COVER WRAPS: Campaign Guidelines

Simple Planning for Guidelines for Cover Wraps
– Billing, Activation & AAM Audit Requirements

BILLING TERMS – All invoicing for magazine cover wraps is handled upfront due to mandatory guidelines of the AAM, the Alliance of Audited Media. Given that all campaigns are vested for audit by the respective publisher and AAM requirements, proof of payment must be provided to the AAM and, it’s a mandatory third-party requirement. We can invoice in one or two payments, 30 days and 60 days, and small variations.  Otherwise, fully billed in one installment upfront.

CANCELLATIONS – Once contracted and, due to AAM requirements, cover wrap campaigns cannot be cancelled for full refund. Clients can halt an execution and forfeit their unused portion and, when possible, the unused activation funds may be refunded for unused printing charges.

DATABASE SOURCE & MANAGEMENT – In all cases, we utilize the client’s database and/or the database we secure for the client, which is approved in advance. We manage database maintenance in all cases and, non-conforming or ‘bad’ addresses will be removed and, when possible, replaced with a more current and accurate mailing address when time permits.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Once contracted, invoicing terms are net 30 days, and no work commences on any campaign until funds are received. Activation call will be scheduled and conducted, although no further work is commenced until payment is received.

RENEWAL DISCOUNTS – All contracts are set on auto-renewal for the convenience of our clients and, all campaign rates are locked at the time of contracting. All earned discounts are locked for succeeding years and, it’s the client’s responsibility to activate the contracted cancellation clause.

CONTRACTED MINIMUMS – The contracted minimum sets the rate per recipient or location. So, for example, if contracted at 1,000 minimum, the actual rate paid is for the database count provided per recipient or location and, additions are billed at the same rate above and beyond the contracted minimum. Unused counts can be requested at any time and, replaced with new subscribers or locations and, it’s the client’s responsibility to notify via mailed or emailed announcement for all additions beyond the initial announcement printing and mailing.

MAGAZINE ADVERTISING – Cover wrap campaigns are considered sponsored or verified by the AAM and, as such, the rates for cover wrap campaigns are not contingent on in-book advertising, or any other contracted business with a publisher. If credits are due, please notify Audience Innovation in advance, so proper billing is arranged upfront. No late credits may be applied to an invoice already paid but, can be applied to the next immediate year’s renewal.
